These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ethioCall mobile application and related services provided by Technology Solutions Middle East F.Z.E ("ethioCall", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. About the Service

ethioCall provides international calling services, prepaid plans, and related telecommunications features. The App does not provide emergency calling functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction;
  • legally permitted to use telecommunications services in your country.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, you must register an account using your mobile phone number.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your account;
  • be responsible for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if any registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use ethioCall for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including:

  • fraud, scam, or impersonation;
  • harassment or threats;
  • spamming or bulk calling;
  • violating telecommunications regulations;
  • attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App;
  • using automated systems or bots;
  • interfering with network or service operation.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

5. Telecommunications Limitations

  • ethioCall is not a replacement for your mobile carrier.
  • ethioCall does not support emergency calls (e.g., 911, 999, 112).
  • Call quality may depend on your device, internet connection, and third-party carriers 


Availability of services may vary by country or region due to local laws, telecom regulations, carrier restrictions, or government requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of ethioCall complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 In-App Purchases

All purchases in the App are processed through:

  • Apple App Store Billing
  • Google Play Billing

We do not store or process your payment card information.

6.2 Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not process refunds directly.

6.3 Pricing

Prices for plans and credits are displayed within the App and may vary based on region, taxes, or currency.

7. Call Credits and Plans

  • Call credits and plans are personal and non-transferable.
  • Call credits and plans are consumable digital telecommunications services and are used upon call connection or service activation.
  • Call credits are consumed upon service usage and cannot be reused. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
  • Call credits may expire if not used within the validity period displayed in the App.
  • Misuse of calling plans or abnormal usage patterns may result in suspension or termination of the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • error-free operation;
  • specific call quality.

Service availability may also be affected by internet outages, carrier limitations, government restrictions, force majeure events, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • violate these Terms;
  • engage in fraud or unlawful activity;
  • misuse the service or credits;
  • pose a risk to our systems or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the Account Deletion feature.

10. Data Deletion

Upon account deletion:

  • Local data is removed immediately.
  • Server data is deleted within 1 hour.
  • Telecom and financial records may be retained for up to 3 years as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, design, and code related to ethioCall are owned by Technology Solutions Middle East F.Z.E. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party providers (e.g., carriers, Google, Apple, Firebase). We are not responsible for:

  • their availability;
  • performance;
  • any failures caused by third-party systems.

12A. Disclaimer of Warranties

ethioCall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ethioCall is not liable for:

  • lost profits;
  • data loss;
  • service interruptions;
  • indirect or incidental damages;
  • issues caused by your internet provider, device, or carriers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE unless local laws require otherwise.
